Q: My files are too big when I upload them. What should I do?
A: Download an application like WinSCP or FileZilla, then go to the Settings tab on your server and click Launch SFTP. Enter your account password when prompted to connect and upload your files directly.
Q: How do I create an account on the game panel?
A: When you order a service, if there's no existing game panel account with the same email as your billing account, one will automatically be created for you. If you want an account without ordering a service, go to the Account section on our billing panel and click Create Panel Account. You'll then receive an email asking you to set your password.
Q: Do you offer backups?
A: Yes — most plans include automated daily backups. You can also create manual backups at any time from your game panel.
Q: Can I move my existing server to VelocityNodes?
A: Definitely! Our support team can help you migrate your files and configurations from another host for free — or you can use our Server Importer (coming soon) for an easy, one-click transfer.
