Terms of Service

13. Custom Services Disclaimer

• Custom services (such as server setup, Skript creation, and Discord bot creation) may incur additional charges depending on complexity.
• We do not provide Minecraft builds or premium/paid plugins as part of any service. You must supply valid licenses or files for any paid plugins.
• All custom work is subject to review and may be declined at our discretion.

1. Services

• Velocity Nodes provides hosting services including, but not limited to, game servers, VPS, and website hosting.
• Our primary server infrastructure is located in Poland.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering for an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We are not liable for loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Payments & Billing

• All services are billed in United States Dollars (USD).
• Services must be paid for in advance.
• Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension or termination.
• All prices are subject to change at any time.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate suspension of services.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
• Setup fees, domain purchases, and completed service time are non-refundable.
• To request a refund, you must open a ticket at https://billing.velocitynodes.com/tickets.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities (including but not limited to DDoS attacks, malware, fraud, phishing, spamming).
• Hosting or distributing content that violates copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property laws.
• Running scripts, software, or tasks that excessively consume system resources and negatively impact other customers.
• Any activity that violates the laws of Poland, South Africa, the United States, or your own local jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to investigate and take immediate action (including suspension or termination) if we believe you are violating this AUP. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Data & Backups

• We do not guarantee the integrity or availability of your data.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

7. Service Availability

• We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% service availability.
• Scheduled maintenance may result in temporary downtime.
• We are not liable for damages caused by downtime, service interruptions, or hardware/software failures.

8. Support

• Support is provided through our ticket system at https://billing.velocitynodes.com/tickets.
• Support is limited to issues directly related to our services.
• We do not provide support for third-party applications, custom software, or external configurations unless explicitly stated.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your services at any time through the client panel.
• We may terminate your account or services at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, all data associated with your services may be permanently deleted.

10. Liability

• Velocity Nodes is not responsible for any damages, data loss, or financial loss caused by the use or inability to use our services.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service in the month the issue occurred.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa, where Velocity Nodes is operated, and any disputes shall be subject to its jurisdiction.
• However, customers must also comply with the applicable laws of Poland (where our servers are hosted) and the United States (currency and payment processing).
